VAC-032 - MADRID - GIJÓN DE ALSA / ALSA/S VAC-032 MADRID - GIJON

ALSA Grupo S.L.U es una empresa dedicada al transporte de pasajeros por autobús, originaria del Principado de Asturias, que se ha convertido en la empresa más grande de transporte por carretera de España, a través de absorciones de otras empresas. Desde 2005 pertenece al grupo británico National Express.

ALSA cuenta con 1.259 vehículos y 2.860 empleados, mueve 95 millones de viajeros anuales. La concesión VAC-032 corresponde al servicio MADRID-GIJON con hijuelas y caduca el 25-11-2013. La explotación de esta línea, pertenece a ALSA INTERPROVINCIAL S.A.

Como todas las líneas en España, se trata de una concesión, ofertada por el Gobierno. La concesión, actualmente, ofrece 17 servicios por dirección, con 13 servicios desde la Estación Sur de Autobuses y 4 desde la T4 de Barajas, con 5 servicios Supra, dos Supra Economy y el resto normales.

UN MICRO 32 EN RIGA / RIGA'S 32 MINIBUS

Riga es la capital de la República báltica de Letonia. Con poco más de 700.000 habitantes, es la ciudad más grande de los estados Bálticos. Con su área metropolitana, la población llega casi al millon de habitantes. Curiosamente, desde su independencia de Rusia, la población ha ido disminuyendo.

Los autobuses, tranvías y trolebuses de Riga están operados por la Riga Satiksme. El transporte urbano funciona a diario entre 5.00 y 00.30h. Algunas rutas cuentan con servicio nocturno cada hora. Existen 54 líneas de autobús, 9 de tranvía y 20 de trolebuses, con una librea azul claro, blanco y azul oscuro en la parte inferior. También existen los “route taxis” (microbuses privados), que realizan rutas regulares, un poco más caras que el autobús, pero más flexibles, puesto que paran allí donde el usuario necesita, a lo largo de la ruta.

La línea 32 está operada por microbuses, conecta Abrenes iela en el centro de Riga con la población al oeste de Pinki, con un servicio irregular, cada, aproximadamente una hora. Los micros de la Riga Satiksme utilizan una librea amarilla. La localidad de Pinki dispone de un servicio más frecuente, la línea 4.

Riga is Latvia’s capital city. With little more than 700,000 inhabitants, it is the biggest city of the Baltic States. Wit its metropolitan area, it reaches a population of nearly 1 million. Curiously, from its independence from Russia, the population has diminished.

The buses, street cars and trolleybuses in Riga are operated by the Riga Stiksme. The urban transport works daily between 5,00 and 00.30h. Some routes run hourly at night. The network consists of 54 bus routes, 9 tramway routes and 20 trolleybuses, with a dark blue, white and light blue livery. There are also “route taxis” (private microbuses), that run on regular routes, a little more expensive than the standard bus, but more flexible, since they stop where the users need, along the route, of course.

Line 32 is operated by a minubus, connecting Abrenes iela (street) in center of Riga with the west district of Pinki, offering an irregular service that runs approximately every hour more or less. Minibuses operated by Riga Statiksme are actually showing a yellow livery. Pinki and Riga are connected with a more frequent service with line 4.

UB 32 INDUSTRIAL EN DOHA / 32, AN INDUSTRIAL SERVICE IN DOHA

Doha es la capital del emirato de Qatar, un pequeño país situado en una península en el golfo Pérsico, que limita con Arabia Saudí y Bahréin. Su población estimada es de casi 800.000 habitantes, habiendo crecido en los últimos años de forma exponencial. El resto del país, no sumará ni 100.000 habitantes más.

La ciudad cuenta con la sede de la cadena de televisión Al-Yazira, uno de los principales medios de comunicación internacionales en lengua árabe.

El transporte es un área que ha sido desarrollada ampliamente. Doha dispone del Aeropuerto Internacional de Doha, que se ha convertido en un importante hub internacional y que está en plena fase de expansión. Además, Qatar, en 2009, firmó un acuerdo entre Qatarí Diar Real Estate Investment y Deutsche Bahn para construir una red de metro y tren de alta velocidad, creándose Qatar Railways Development Company (QRDC)

En cuanto al transporte urbano, la compañía Mowasalat, bajo el nombre de Karwa, de propiedad de la familia real qatarí, controla los diferentes medios: más de 3000 taxis dan servicio a la ciudad, pero claramente insuficientes, sobretodo en horas punta, lo que genera un gran número de protestas por parte de los usuarios. Además, disponen de limusinas que normalmente se pueden encontrar en el aeropuerto y ciertos hoteles.

Además, existen 35 líneas de autobús, operadas también por Mowasalat, que dan servicio a toda la ciudad, con unas tarifas realmente baja, que los convierten en una alternativa a las dificultades del tráfico en hora punta y el aparcamiento.

La línea 32 conecta la estación de autobuses con la zona industrial, vía Al Sadd y Khalifa Stadium, con un servicio cada 30 minutos entre las 5.03 y 23.56, de sábado a jueves y prácticamente, con horario similar los viernes (día festivo en los países árabes).

The transport is an area that has been developed widely. Doha International Airport has become an important international hub and it is currently in a considerable expansion. In addition to this, Qatar signed an agreement between Qatari Real Diar Estate Investment and Deutsche Bahn in 2009 to construct to a network of underground and high speed train, creating the Qatar Railways Development Company (QRDC).

As far as the urban transport, the Mowasalat Company, under the name of Karwa, property of the Qatari Royal family, controls more than 3000 taxis that give service to the city, clearly insufficient, overall in rush hours, which generates a great number of complaints among the users. In addition, they have limousines that normally can be found at the airport and certain hotels.

35 lines of bus, also operated by Mowasalat that give service to the entire city, with really low fares, that become an alternative to rush hour traffic and lack of parking.

Route 32 connects the Central Bus Station with the Industrial Zone, via Al Sadd and Khalifa Stadium, with a 30 minute service between 5.03 and 23.56 from Saturday to Thursday and practically, with a similar schedule on Fridays (the festive week day in the Arab countries).

EL 32 SEMICIRCULAR DE FRÁNCFORT DEL MENO / FRANKFURT AM MAIN SEMICIRCULAR SERVICE 32

Fráncfort del Meno (aunque todo el mundo la conoce como Frankfurt) es la ciudad más importante del Estado de Hesse en Alemania, aunque la capital administrativa de dicho estado es Wiesbaden. Es la quinta ciudad más grande en Alemania y su área urbana tenía una población estimada de 5 millones de habitantes.

Frankfurt tiene la cuarta mayor Bolsa del mundo, el Banco Central Alemán –el Bundesbank– y desde 1999, es la sede del Banco Central Europeo (BCE).

Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) está a cargo del transporte público de la región, mientras que VGF (Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main mbH) es la empresa municipal que controla el transporte público de la ciudad de Fráncfort del Meno.

VGF dispone de más de 220 trenes de cercanías, casi 120 tranvías y más de 250 autobuses que permiten una buena movilidad por la zona. La red se estructura con 7 líneas de metro, 9 de tranvía y 42 de autobuses, de las que 9 son también nocturnas. La mayor parte de las líneas funcionan desde las 4.00 a.m. hasta las 2.00 a.m.

El 32 realiza un recorrido semicircular entre la Hauptbanhof (Gallus Güterplatz) pasando por Festhalle/Messe, Bockenh. Warte, Miquel-/Adickesallee, Höhenstraße para terminar en la Ostbahnhof (Sonnemanstrasse), con una frecuencia de 10/15 minutos en hora punta y alrededor de 30 minutos en valle. Entresemana, dispone de autobuses articulados.

Frankfurt am Main (although everybody calls it just Frankfurt) is the most important city of the State of Hesse, in Germany, although the administrative capital of this state is Wiesbaden. Frankfurt has the fourth greater Stock market of the world, the German Central bank - the Bundesbank- and from 1999, it is the seat of the European Central bank (BCE) Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund.

(RMV) is in charge of the public transport of the region, whereas VGF (Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt a.m. Main mbH) is the municipal company that controls the public transport of the city of Frankfurt am Main.

VGF has more than 220 underground trains, almost 120 trams and more than 250 buses that allow a good mobility within the region. The network has 7 underground lines, 9 tramlines and 42 bus lines, (9 of which are also night services). Most of the routes run from the 4,00 a.m. until the 2,00 a.m.

Filadelfia (Philadelphia en inglés, también apodada Philly) es la mayor ciudad del estado de Pensilvania, situada al noreste de los Estados Unidos, entre Nueva York y Washington D.C. y al mismo tiempo, es una de las ciudades más antiguas del país. No en vano, se proclama como la ciudad donde se fundaron los Estados Unidos de Norte América.

Es la quinta ciudad del país por población, con alrededor de 1.450.000 habitantes en su municipio (Philadelphia City), elevándose a 5.950.000 con su área metropolitana y la segunda ciudad más grande de la costa este de los Estados Unidos. Filadelfia es una ciudad residencial constituida por una variedad de barrios, cada uno con sus propias características, con calles fáciles de recorrer a pie y un amplio sistema de transporte público que permite desplazarse por el centro de la ciudad y sus alrededores fácilmente.

El transporte público lo gestiona SEPTA, (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority), ente municipal que opera autobuses, metro, tren elevado, cercanías y metro ligero, así como el trolebús. No sólo se queda en Pensilvania, sino que da servicio también a los condados de Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks y Chester, llegando también al condado de Mercer en Nueva Jersey. Con más de 2300 vehículos y 196 rutas, SEPTA está considerada como la sexta compañía nacional en número de usuarios, con casi 307 millones de viajes al año.

La línea 32, la realizan autobuses estándar, conectando el centro (Ridge con Lyceum) con el barrio al norte de la ciudad de Roxborough (Broad St con Washington Ave). Los servicios son frecuentes durante el día, hasta cada 10 minutos en hora punta y media hora en hora valle, entre las 5.30 de la mañana y las 12.30 de la madrugada, los siete días, aunque los fines de semana, los servicios se reducen.

Philadelphia, (aka Philly) is the biggest city in the state of Pennsylvania, located in the northeast of the United States, between New York and Washington D.C. and at the same time, it is one of the oldest cities of the country. In fact, it claims to be the city where the United States of North America was founded.

It is the fifth city of the country by population, with around 1.450.000 inhabitants in its municipality (Philadelphia City), rising to 5.950.000 if we include its metropolitan area and also, the second bigger city in the East coast. Philadelphia is a residential city, comprising different districts, each one with its own characteristics, streets easy to walk and has wide system of public transport that allows to move easily from downtown to the surrounding areas.

SEPTA, (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) manages the public transport of the city, operating buses, subway, elevated train, commuter trains and light rail, as well as the trolleybus. But it actually crosses the borders of Pensilvania, reaching the counties of Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks and Chester, as well as also arriving at the county of Mercer in New Jersey. With more than 2300 vehicles and 196 routes, SEPTA is considered like the sixth national company in number of users, with almost 307 million trips to the year.

Service 32, using standard buses, connects Downtown Philadelphia (Ridge with Lyceum) with the district of Roxborough north of the city (Broad St with Washington Bird). The services are frequent during the day, until every 10 minutes in rush hour and half an hour in off-peak, between the 5,30 in the morning and the 12,30 of the dawn, 7 days a week. EL TRANVÍA 32 DE HONG KONG / HONG KONG'S 32 TRAM

Hoy hago un poco de trampa... pero supongo que me lo admitiréis. No he podido por más que coger prestada esta foto del foro... donde se ve el tranvía de dos pisos de Hong Kong, con número de flota 32. La línea tranviaria no tiene numeración y todos los vehículos disponen de un cartel en la parte superior que indica el número de flota. Me gustaría agradecer a hkskyline por la foto.
Today I am going to cheat a little bit but I suppuse you will admit it. I was visiting the forum and I got across this picture, that I am "pinching". It is a Hong Kong double decker tram, numbered 32. It is actually a fleet number, as the tram line is not numbered. Most of the trams have this type of boards at the front where they display the fleet number. I would like to thank hkskyline for the picture.

EL TRANVÍA 32 DE WILMINGTON / WILMINGTON'S 32 TROLLEY

Wilmington es la ciudad más grande del pequeño estado de Delaware, con una población que tan apenas llega a 75.000 personas. Wilmington está a corta distancia de Boston, Massachusetts y de Washington, D.C., con servicios ferroviarios frecuentes de Amtrak, así como los servicios regionales de SEPTA con Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Delaware Transit Corporation opera el servicio de transporte bajo el nombre de DART First State en el estado de Delaware, en los E.E.U.U., con más de 400 autobuses y 57 rutas de autobús además de los 8 líneas del servicio estival al condado de Sussex y el servicio “paratransit”.

40 líneas de autobús dan servicio a la ciudad de Wilmington y los suburbios circundantes así como al servicio del inter-condado a Dover y servicio estacional a Rehoboth varan. New Jersey Transit proporciona el servicio de autobús en hora punta al condado de Salem, New Jersey, con la ruta 423. Greyhound opera los servicios de un estado a otro desde la estación de autobuses céntrica en la estación del ferrocarril.

El 32 de Wilmington es un vehículo que se asemeja a los viejos tranvías. Su ruta discurre por la zona céntrica de la ciudad Funciona de centro, comenzando en Chase Center on the Riverfront, Riverfront Park & Ride, Market Street, Downtown Wilmington, Rodney Square y retorno, dando servicio al Frawley Stadium. Se opera con tan solo un autobús, ya que tarda menos de 25 minutos en llegar de nuevo al punto de partida. Su horario de funcionamiento es desde las 6.31 hasta las 6.25 P.M., de lunes a viernes.

Wilmington is the largest city in the small state of Delaware with a population just under 75.000 people. Wilmington within short distance from Boston, Massachusetts and Washington, DC, with frequent rail Amtrak services as well as with Philadelphia, Pennsylvania via SEPTA Regional commuter Rail.

The Delaware Transit Corporation, trading as DART First State, is the primary public transportation system that operates throughout Delaware, USA, with over 400 buses and 57 year round bus routes plus its 8 bus route Sussex County Resort Summer Service and paratransit service.

It operates Wilmington's public bus service with 40 bus lines serving the city and the surrounding suburbs as well as inter-county service to Dover and seasonal service to Rehoboth Beach. New Jersey Transit provides rush hour bus service to Salem County, New Jersey on the 423 Route. Greyhound operates interstate bus service out of the downtown bus terminal at the rail station.

Route 32 is actually called Wilmington Trolley, served by a mock up of an old trolley. It runs from Chase Center on the Riverfront, Riverfront Park & Ride, Market Street, Downtown Wilmington, Rodney Square and back, serving Frawley Stadium. It is served with one bus, as it takes less than 25 minutes to get back to the starting point, running from 6.31 am to 6.25 pm, Monday to Friday.

Argel es la capital y la mayor ciudad de Argelia, con una población en torno a 2.2 millones de habitantes, que ascienden a casi 4.4 millones incluyendo el área metropolitana.

La empresa de transportes urbanos y suburbanos de Argelia (ETUSA) lleva el servicio de autobuses en Argel y las zonas periféricas. Están en funcionamiento 99 líneas de las que tan solo 39 son urbanas, que operan desde las 5:30 h hasta las 00:45 h, utilizando más de 300 vehículos, que en su mayoría, son de la marca Vanhool. También dispone de 12 megabus, autobuses biarticulados. Además, una línea de metro y otra de tranvía se encuentran en construcción.

El 32 conecta la Place Maurice Audin (céntrica plaza en el entorno de la Grande Poste) con El Madania, dando servicio al campo de Golf.

EL GL-32 DE DELHI / DELHI'S GL-32

Delhi, oficialmente llamada Territorio Nacional Capital de Delhi (NCT), es la segunda más grande metrópoli en términos de población en la India (después de Mumbai) y la octava metrópoli más grande del mundo con más de 12.5 millones de habitantes en el municipio y con alrededor 16 millones de residentes en el área de área metropolitana. El DTC opera la flota más grande del mundo de autobuses respetuosos con el medio ambiente con el uso de GNC (Gas Natural Comprimido) que ha reducido considerablemente la polución de la ciudad. Los autobuses están viejos y destrozados, con librea blanca, amarilla y verde. Son los más baratos, pero los más incómodos de todos. Luego, nos encontramos autobuses con librea verde, que disponen de piso bajo y son más cómodos, pero un poco más caros. Finalmente, encontramos autobuses con librea roja, parecidos a los verdes, pero incorporan aire acondicionado y, consecuentemente, más caros.

En la actualidad, Delhi dispone de alrededor de 8000 autobuses, de los cuales 6000 pertenecen a DTC mientras que alrededor 2000 son Blue Buses (privados), (3125 bajo-pisos, 1100 pisos semi bajos y 1000 con aire acondicionado). Hay planes para implementar el GPS en la flota. DTC dispone de más de 360 rutas y 34 depósitos alrededor de la ciudad.

No hay 32 en Delhi, pero encontré el GL-32. A lo largo de su ruta, se encuentra también el 832 y el 332, así que imagino que podría ser clasificada como la línea principal. Comienza su ruta en la Terminal de Karam Pura (al oeste de la ciudad), a lo largo de 33 kms que pasan a través del Connaught Place (centro de ciudad) para dirigirse a Noida Sec-34 (al este de la ciudad), con intervalos de 18 minutos durante horas punta y de 36 minutos en valle. En principio, no dispone de autobuses verdes o rojos.

Sometimes you will hear Delhi, others New Delhi… The explanation is that the name Delhi is often also used to include some urban areas near the NCT, whereas New Delhi, the capital of India, is a part of the city. You can also hear Old Delhi, which refers to the old area of the city, where you have a very interesting traditional trades market.

One thing you can tell when you get to India, is that it is a nation on the move. They are not static. And to do so, they rely on private cars and also public transport. Public transport in Delhi is provided by buses, auto rickshaws (that are everywhere) and a metro rail system currently in a huge expansion stage, due to the Commonwealth Games, due to be held this summer in the capital of India. Buses are the most popular means of transport catering for about 60% of the total demand. The state-owned Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) is a major bus service provider for the city. The DTC operates the world's largest fleet of environment-friendly CNG buses that has dramatically reduced the pollution in the city. You can find the really run down old buses, with the white yellow and green livery, which are the cheapest but also the most uncomfortable, then you have the green buses, which are low floor, more expensive and comfortable, and the red buses, low floor and air-conditioned, obviously, the most expensive of all.

Currently, Delhi has around 8000 buses, of which 6000 belong to DTC while around 2000 are Blue line buses, (3125 low-floor, 1100 semi low floor and 1000 air-conditioned). There are plans to implement GPS on the fleet. DTC has more than 360 routes and 34 depots around the city.

There is no 32, but I found the GL-32. Along its route you can also find the 832 and 332, so I guess that it could be classed as the main line. 32 EN PUNE / PUNE'S 32

Pune es una ciudad situada en el estado indio occidental del Maharashtra, donde Bombay es la ciudad más grande. De todas formas, es capital del districto de Pune y la 8ª aglomeración urbana más grande de la India con una población sobre 4.6 millones dehabitantes, es la segunda ciudad más grande del estado del Maharashtra.

La empresa encargada del transporte público en la ciudad de Pune y su área metropolitana es PMPML ( Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd). PMPML se formó tras unirse la empresa de transporte público de Pune (PMT) y Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMT). Actualmente, el PMPML tiene alrededor 1000 autobuses circulando en las calles. El número de rutas casi ha alcanzado 300 . Además, Pune está en proceso de implementar una red de BRT, (Bus Rapid Transit).

El 32, la verdad es que no sé de donde a donde va. Todo está en Indio y no he conseguido saberlo. Tampoco desde la web de la empresa que gestiona el transporte público.
